Use this simple but effective two pin tool to open screw in watch case backs that have slots or grooves.

Beware of inferior case back opener tools being offered for sale at major shopping sites that contain plastic inside. Like all of our items we rigorously tested this product before releasing for sale at Leatherstraps.com.au

The best way to use this tool is to first measure with a ruler opposite grooves on your watch. Then adjust the tool to the correct size before placing on your watch grooves and turning anti-clockwise to remove the case back.
A customer that reviewed our opener suggested putting tape on the pins to eliminate any possible scratching. A good idea we thought.

This tool is large enough between pins to open our in-house Seagull 44mm. Check the dimensions / width of your watch case slots and compare below before purchasing.

Use with caution. We advise you to NEVER swim while wearing a watch and especially one that has had the back cover removed.

Tip: After you have removed and replaced the cover of your watch it may no longer be waterproof. When replacing watch case cover do not overtighten the case to o-ring. We suggest if you have not got a good feel for how much to tighten case back you should mark with a felt tip pen before opening. Simply line up the mark when refitting case so that you do not overtighten and break the water proof seal. If you are still not sure take your watch to a jeweller.

Good tool. All steel. Opened my Omega watch case with ease. What i did also was put sticky tape on the ends. Opened and closed my case back with not a single scratch. Thanks!
