30 Day Piece of Mind
No need to contact us, simply return any unused / unworn item within 30 days of receiving (delivered date).
To help us facilitate a fast refund, include with your item return at least 3 of the following;
Order number, your name, invoice pdf, date of purchase, delivery address, email address associated with order.
Returning items must be in original unused / unworn condition, free from damage, buckle marks, scratches etc.
State if you would like a full refund or replacement item of same value (if in stock).
Unfortunately we may not be able to accept returns after 30 days of buyer receiving item has expired.
Returning Items & Shipping
Purchaser is responsible for postage cost on returned items under 5kg’s total weight.
For heavy items / orders, we will reimburse you the return postage cost as long as returning item is what you received from us without anything else added.
If you decide you would like a replacement then we will cover the postage cost for the agreed replacement.
The simplest and cheapest way to return a strap is to place into a standard envelope with some bubble wrap or protection (5mm thick or less for std Aus Post envelope).
Attach a $1.20 stamp and mail it back to us.

Refunds – Exchanges
After we have received the goods back and have inspected the items, you will be offered a full refund of purchase price or item exchange to the same or equivalent value (if in stock).
All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment and account name used to purchase the item.
Full refund – Purchased items are Free to return, no re-stocking fee will be charged.
Merchant fees are involved when purchasing online via credit card etc.
We agree to cover the original payment processing fee if purchased via credit card, Paypal, Afterpay, ZIP etc.
Note: We do not leave credit in Paypal therefore refunds issued back to your Paypal account may take longer to process. – see Paypal ‘where is my refund?’ page for more information.
Express post and priority processing is non refundable if order has already been posted.
12 Month Warranty on Defective Items
For defective items or manufacturing faults a warranty of 12 months of purchase date applies. General wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
