We deliver in Australia via Australia Post.
International Delivery
We are no longer accepting International orders.
Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located – Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Weekday orders – We aim to have your order dispatched to Australia Post within 12-48 hours of ordering.
Weekend orders – We will process your order ready for dispatch on the next available business day (Aus Post opening hours /days)
Express /priority shipping + priority order processing is optional in checkout and will take priority over free shipping.
For high value orders we may send via Express delivery at our discretion.
Note: Australia Post does not operate on weekends. Weekend orders will be posted on the next business day.

Tracking (if applicable)
After we have finished processing your order we will send you an ‘Order Completed – on the way’ email that contains a tracking number (if applicable) / link to Australia Post website where you can track your order.
For local customers (within 20km’s of Montville) we may, on occasion, deliver orders via our private courier service, 7 days per week. If we do utilise our own courier, tracking will not be available.
Note: Accessories and small items may not have tracking available (keeps price affordable for low value items).

Shipping Prices
Australia
Free standard Australia Post shipping is included with all orders in Australia.
Express / priority post in Australia is available in checkout for an additional fee.
Cost for express /priority shipping (includes express processing) is $7.00 incl gst and is added to your order total if chosen in checkout.
Express /priority post is non refundable if commenced.
Note: shipping other than free postage is non refundable once the delivery has commenced
