We deliver in Australia via Australia Post.
International Delivery
ON HOLD UNTIL FURHER NOTICE 31/1/22 – International orders / deliveries now accepted. We deliver to Canada, United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand via Australia Post and destination mail carriers. USPS, Royal Mail etc.
International orders may be subject to extra charges out of our control, for example, custom duties, taxes etc. Leather Straps will not be responsible for any additional charges.
Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Weekday orders – We aim to have your order dispatched to Australia Post within 12-48 hours of ordering.
Weekend orders – We will process your order ready for dispatch on the next available business day (Aus Post opening hours /days)
Express /priority shipping + priority order processing is optional in checkout and will take priority over free shipping.
For high value orders we may upgrade to Express shipping at our discretion (no extra cost to customer).
Note: Australia Post does not operate on weekends. Weekend orders will be posted on the next business day.

Tracking (if applicable)
Note: Accessories may not include tracking to keep cost low for you. After we have finished processing your order we will send you an ‘Order Completed – on the way’ email that contains a tracking number (if applicable) where you can track your order via the Australia Post website
For local customers (within 20km’s of Montville) we may, on occasion, deliver orders via our private courier service, 7 days per week. If we do utilise our own courier, tracking will not be available.
Note: Accessories and small items may not have tracking available (keeps price low)

We deliver to residential homes, businesses, PO boxes, Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect at participating venues – see Aus Post for more details.

Shipping Prices
Australia
Free standard Australia Post shipping is included with all orders in Australia.
Express / priority post in Australia is available in checkout for an additional fee.
Cost for express /priority shipping (includes express processing) is $7.00 incl gst and is added to your order total if chosen in checkout.
Express /priority post is non refundable if commenced.
International
New Zealand flat rate shipping – $14 AUD
Canada, USA, flat rate shipping – $17 AUD
United Kingdom (UK) flat rate shipping – $17 AUD
Note: shipping cost is non refundable once the delivery has commenced.
