LeatherStraps.com.au warrants their products against manufacture defects, breakage due to defective material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
Goods purchased from LeatherStraps.com.au come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Damage by user or from reasons out of our control will void the guarantee.
For example, getting the strap wet (do not swim or shower while wearing our leather straps).
General ‘wear and tear’ is not covered under this warranty.
Leather is a natural product. Leather will change colour over time and therefore discolouration is not covered under this warranty.
Stretching, cracking and fraying is also a natural aspect of leather and is not covered under this warranty.
When a replacement of same type is not available then a refund will be issued.
If purchased via a physical retail outlet then you must contact the place of purchase to access this warranty.

- Provide your name, order # and date of purchase.
- Describe issue and include pictures of defective items if possible.
- Return item to us.
Purchaser is responsible for postage cost on returned items under 5kg’s total weight.
For heavy items / orders, we will reimburse you the return postage cost as long as returning item is what you received from us without anything else added.
If you decide you would like a replacement then we will cover the postage cost for the agreed replacement.

Customers: Please don’t be hesitant returning a strap that has a manufacturing fault.
You are our valued customer and we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
It’s also good for us to check the returned item for any manufacturing problems that we may be able to rectify or even remove strap from our shop if problems with particular strap model persist.
