6 Month Replacement Guarantee
All products purchased via www.Leatherstraps.com.au come with a full 6 month replacement guarantee from date of purchase.
If a replacement is not available then a full refund will apply.
If you purchased your item at a physical retail outlet then you must contact the place of purchase to access this warranty.
Products purchased products via our website please Contact us to verify if your purchase is covered by our warranty guarantee. If the warranty period under consumer law of Country of purchase is greater than 6 months then we will abide by the minimum warranty requirement period of the said Country.
Warranty against Defects
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
LeatherStraps.com.au warrants their products against manufacture defects, breakage due to defective material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.
Damage by user or from reasons out of our control will void the guarantee. You may however be able to have your item repaired for a small fee.
Leather is a natural product. Leather will change colour over time and therefore discolouration is not covered under this warranty.
Stretching, cracking and fraying is also a natural aspect of leather and is not covered under this warranty.
General wear and tear from usage is not covered under this warranty.
- Contact us with you full name, address and telephone number or email if you prefer online correspondence.
- Describe in detail and if possible, include pictures of defective items.
- Provide a copy of your order # and purchase receipt (Paypal invoice, bank transaction etc) if possible.

All items must to be returned within the warranty period when making a claim under the above guarantee.
Please don’t be hesitant returning a strap that has a manufacturing fault. You are our valued customer and we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
It’s also good for us to find out via our customers if a particular strap model has an issue that we may be able to rectify or even remove from our shop if we cannot solve the problem.
