Returns & Exchanges
This policy applies to all products purchased via our online store.
You may return any item purchased via our website within 30 days of receiving the item (delivery date).
Reasons for returning may include, for example;
- Wrong colour, wrong size
- Change of mind
- Defective item

30 Day Piece of Mind
Simply return the item purchased within 30 days of purchase or delivery date.
Include proof of purchase and date of purchase.
Retuned items must be in original condition, free from damage, scratches etc and include as much of the original packaging as possible.
State if you would like a full refund or replacement item of same value.
Unfortunately we may not be able to accept returns after 30 days has expired.
Returning Items & Shipping
f you decide you would like a replacement then we will cover the postage cost to you on the agreed replacement.
Purchaser pays for returned items.
The simplest and cheapest way to return an item is to drop it into a standard envelope (up to 5mm thick), attach a stamp (currently $1.10) and mail it back to us.

After we have received the goods back and have inspected the items. You will be offered a choice of either a full refund of purchase price or item exchange to the same or equivalent value.
All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment used to purchase the item.
